1. How long will it take to receive my carrier?

   UPS Ground  (7-10 days, including handling time)

   Final pricing will be quoted prior to payment completion.
   Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes.

   International Shipping
   At this time, Ergobaby (ergobaby.ca) does not ship internationally.

2. Is shipping really free?
   Free Shipping applies to all Ergobaby.ca consumer orders for all CA provinces and territories, when you select UPS Ground Shipping. Free Shipping offer does not apply to return/exchange shipping. Sorry, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.
