What is your return policy?

At Ergobaby, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality and comfort of our products, but we understand there can be a learning curve. If you're having difficulty with your Carrier, please contact us before initiating a return—we may be able to help!


Returns for Items Purchased from a Retailer: If you purchased an Ergobaby product from an authorized retailer, please refer to their return policy. We cannot accept returns for retailer purchases.


Returns for Items Purchased from Ergobaby:

  • Items purchased directly from Ergobaby can be returned within 30 days if they are in like-new condition and in their original packaging.
  • Use our self-service return portal to process your return.
  • A valid Return Authorization (RA) number must be clearly marked on the package, or it will be refused.
  • Returns must be prepaid—we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • We recommend using a traceable carrier to ensure your package is received. Ergobaby is not responsible for lost returns without tracking information.

  • Once we receive your returned item(s), a refund (excluding return shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us – support@ergobaby.com
